Fill every red shift first.
Then the orange shifts.
Gray shifts only if you have people left.

You decide who works each shift, and you can send a stylist to a sister salon to fill a red or orange shift there. To cut or change a salon's opening hours, check with the owners first.

Steady shifts. About 1.4 to 1.8 haircuts an hour.

The quietest shifts. Under 1.4 haircuts an hour. Leaving one of these open costs the fewest haircuts.
